Booking guarantee
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit may be paid by debit or credit card, bank transfer, or a SZÉP Card issued in the name of the guest included in the booking. Your reservation will only be considered valid following a successful card transaction or once the deposit has been received by the specified deadline.
Modification and cancellation policy
You may cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to two days before the date of arrival. Any modification will be subject to the rates available at the time of the change. After this deadline, a fee equal to 50% of the total booking value will apply. In the event of a late cancellation, the deposit already paid or the card details provided at the time of booking may be used to charge the applicable cancellation fee.
