Our hotel offers 97 modern rooms in several categories. You can choose an Executive double room (with either twin beds or a double bed), an Executive single room, or spacious Executive suites that come in one- or two-room layouts. For guests seeking more comfort, we offer Premium Suites and Family Suites, which include multiple rooms and space for extra or baby beds—perfect for families. We also have two exclusive Luxury Suites with private hot tubs, providing maximum comfort for 4 to 6 guests. We cater to guests with disabilities as well: our accessible rooms offer easy access and comfort.

All our rooms are modernly furnished, come with a private balcony, and are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning. Standard amenities include a flat-screen LCD TV (with hotel TV system), telephone, minibar, and an in-room safe. Free internet access is available: both wired and unlimited Wi-Fi are provided in the rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with showers, and include a hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, towels, bathrobe, slippers, and various toiletries to help you feel at home.

Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and checkout is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you arrive earlier or leave later, our front desk will do their best to accommodate you—such as providing luggage storage, or offering early check-in or late checkout, depending on room availability. Our hospitable team handles such requests flexibly to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our wellness area offers relaxation across 900 m². The pool area, lit by natural light, includes an indoor swimming pool, a thermal water pool for soothing baths, a children's pool with water games, and fun pools enhanced with lighting and special effects. During summer, our outdoor pool is also open, providing a fresh-air bathing experience with sun loungers available for sun lovers. At the heart of the wellness area is our sauna world, offering various types of saunas: Finnish sauna, infrared, bio sauna, steam cabin, ice cave, and salt cave. The relaxation area offers a cozy space between sauna sessions. Qualified massage therapists provide various massages, and tanning beds are available for year-round “sun therapy.”

Yes, unlimited use of the wellness area is included in the room price for all our guests. This means the indoor and outdoor pools, thermal bath, kids' pool, all saunas (Finnish, infrared, bio, steam), ice and salt cabins, and the fitness room are all freely accessible. We provide bathrobes and towels in the rooms for your comfort. Please note: spa treatments (massages, cosmetic services, etc.) are available for an extra fee, but pool and sauna access is free for guests.

Our spa offers a wide range of treatments for rejuvenation. Qualified massage therapists provide various types: aromatherapy oil massage with essential oils for relaxation, sea salt massage for deep cleansing, chocolate massage for antioxidant-rich indulgence, and honey massage for detox and nourishment. You can choose from various meal plans when booking. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet every day. Half board includes both breakfast and dinner—both served buffet-style, depending on guest numbers. If many guests are present, we offer a rich buffet; for fewer guests, dinner is served from a menu with multiple course options. Full board is also available, adding lunch to the mix—typically menu-style unless buffet is necessary. Regardless of your choice, fresh and delicious food is guaranteed.

Our in-house restaurant and bar are set up to provide full service to our guests. During breakfast and dinner times, we offer a wide-ranging buffet selection, which includes both traditional Hungarian flavors and international cuisine favorites. Our chefs pay special attention to ensuring that the dishes are tasty and varied - so every guest can find something to their liking. Additionally, outside of breakfast and dinner hours, our guests can order from an à la carte menu, where we offer creatively presented dishes ranging from light snacks to gourmet specialties. Naturally, we also consider those with food allergies or special diets: upon request, we provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or lactose-free meal alternatives - feel free to indicate your needs, our kitchen is happy to accommodate. A dedicated children's menu is also available for the little ones, so even kids can find meals that suit their taste. If you have any individual requests regarding food, our servers are happy to help - because our goal is for every guest to leave satisfied after their meals too.

The buffet breakfast is generally available from early morning, typically from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This way, both our early-rising and slightly later-sleeping guests can enjoy breakfast comfortably. Dinner is served in the evenings, and the buffet dinner is usually available between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive for dinner by 8:30 PM if possible, so you can comfortably browse and choose from the offerings. If the number of guests is low and dinner is served from a menu, we handle the dinner start time more flexibly. Although the exact times may vary depending on the season and occupancy, our front desk always provides up-to-date information regarding meal times.

Yes, our hotel is specifically child-friendly, and we have prepared numerous services and facilities for the comfort of our little guests and their parents. The children's pool in the wellness area is a safe and entertaining water paradise for the little ones, equipped with various toys and a slide. Inside the hotel, a playroom filled with toys (children's playroom) awaits the kids on the 2nd floor. Here, children can play and make friends in a safe environment. In the restaurant, a children's menu, high chairs, child-friendly cutlery, and plates are provided to make family meals smooth and enjoyable. Overall, our goal is for the whole family to have a great time - an experience for the children, and relaxing recreation for the parents during their stay.

Accommodation for children is available with significant discounts, as we strive to provide families with the most favorable rates possible. Children under the age of 5 (up to exactly 5.99 years old) can stay free of charge in the same room as their parents. For children between the ages of 6 and 12 (specifically from 6 to 11.99 years), we generally offer a 50% discount on the price of accommodation and half board. This means that children aged 6-12 can stay at half price if they are accommodated in the same room as their parents. It is important to note that for certain package deals, we may set a fixed price per child (for example, in some promotions a specific HUF amount per child per night), but these are still in line with the above discounts. In every case, the child discounts are specified in the booking confirmation, and our colleagues are happy to provide detailed information about the applicable rates at the time of booking.

Yes, our hotel is well prepared to welcome families. We offer several family suites that are more spacious, have multiple rooms, and are especially suitable for comfortably accommodating families of 4-6 people. These suites may include a separate bedroom for children as well. Additionally, we have connecting rooms, where two rooms are joined together—ideal for larger families or groups of friends. Of course, extra beds can be added to any room type if needed, and we provide baby cots free of charge for guests arriving with a baby. Upon request, we can prepare baby cots in the room, and items such as a baby bathtub, potty, toilet seat reducer, step stool, and changing pad are also available to help the littlest guests feel at home. Our rooms can generally accommodate up to two extra beds or baby cots comfortably. We recommend indicating your need for an extra bed or baby cot at the time of booking so we can have everything prepared in advance and ready from the moment of your arrival.

Yes, the hotel has its own enclosed parking lot, which is protected by a barrier and fence for security purposes. The use of the parking lot is available for guests; however, it is a paid service. Currently, the parking fee is 5 EUR per car per night, which will be added to the hotel bill. Occasionally, some of our package offers include discounted or free parking (for example, as part of certain promotions), but as a general rule, it's recommended to plan with this fee in mind. The number of parking spaces is limited; we allocate them on a first-come, first-served basis. If our parking lot is full, there are parking options nearby the hotel (on the street or in nearby public parking areas). Upon arrival, our front desk colleagues will provide directions regarding parking and will do their best to find the most convenient solution for parking your car.

Our hotel offers a variety of payment options, as we aim to flexibly meet the needs of our guests. You can pay in cash in Hungarian forints, and we also accept bank cards/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Additionally, we accept Bitcoin as a form of payment. Naturally, we also accept Hungary's holiday payment method, the Széchenyi Recreation Card (SZÉP Card), from all three providers (OTP, K&H, MBH) - it can be used either by prepayment or for on-site payment. Bank transfers to our hotel's bank account are also possible, arranged in advance. In addition, certain Erzsébet vouchers and other gift vouchers (e.g. Edenred, Sodexo) can also be redeemed if they apply to hotel services. In our online booking system, online payment is also available; at the end of the booking process, you will be redirected to a secure payment platform where you can pay the deposit with a bank card or SZÉP card. Whatever your preferred payment method is, we strive to make the process as easy as possible - and our front desk staff are happy to assist you with the details.

There are several ways to make a reservation with us. The easiest is to use the online booking system available on our official website—this guarantees you the best prices. Of course, we also accept bookings by phone at +36 52 899-930, or you can send an email to hotel@hotelatlantis.hu. If you're booking for an event or a group, you can request a personalized offer under the "Request an Offer" menu. In some cases, an advance payment may be required to confirm the booking—this is generally 30% of the total booking value, but during peak periods, we may ask for 50% or even 100% in advance. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer, online credit card payment, or with a SZÉP card. Once the deposit has been received, the booking is considered guaranteed. Our online booking system also allows for immediate online payment. Once the deposit is received, we issue an advance invoice on the same day, and the remaining amount can be settled on-site upon departure. Naturally, if you have any questions about the booking process, our reception staff will be happy to assist you step by step.

For individual bookings, we offer flexible cancellation conditions. In general, you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the planned arrival date, without any consequences. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival or do not show up (no-show), the hotel is entitled to charge a cancellation fee. In such cases, the cancellation fee is usually equal to the price of one night's stay, or, if a deposit was paid, equal to the amount of the deposit. Different, individually determined cancellation terms may apply to group bookings and during peak periods—these are clearly stated in the booking confirmation. If you chose a refundable rate, the 7-day rule above applies. In the case of a non-refundable (discounted) rate, the booking cannot be canceled free of charge, and the full amount is considered a cancellation fee. Please note that cancellations and modifications must be communicated to us in writing (via email), and our staff will confirm the cancellation in writing as well. If you made your booking through an intermediary (e.g. a travel agency), the cancellation must also be handled through them. We hope there will be no need to cancel your booking, but if it happens, we will do everything to ensure fair and proper administration.

One of our hotel's main profiles is organizing conferences and events. We are proud that our modern conference department can be flexibly adapted to various types of events. Our large conference hall, located on the ground floor, can be divided into two nearly equal-sized sections or opened into one large space that can accommodate up to 200 people in theater-style seating. This area is not only suitable for conferences and presentations but, when opened, can also serve as the venue for gala dinners—with round-table seating for approximately 120 guests. In addition, we have another separate room on the ground floor called Section Room II, which is ideal for smaller, more intimate events, accommodating about 50 people with theater-style seating. It's a perfect setting for family gatherings (such as engagements or christenings), as well as corporate training sessions or workshops. All of our rooms have natural lighting and are air-conditioned. They are equipped with 21st-century technology: projector, projection screen, sound system, microphones, flipcharts, and even video conferencing tools. Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel, and a 24-hour business center is at the disposal of our business guests. During breaks between events, we can provide coffee breaks in the spacious lobby, and our restaurant—located near the conference rooms—ensures smooth and seamless catering during meals. Hajdúszoboszló is an excellent travel destination, with plenty of programs and attractions even in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Our hotel is located right next to the Hungarospa bath complex, which is one of the largest spa complexes in Europe. This includes the Aqua-Palace indoor adventure bath, where guests can enjoy slides, wave pools, and a children's world over 15,000 m² all year round—it's so close that guests can even walk over from the hotel in their bathrobes. In summer, the outdoor Aquapark slide paradise is also open within the beach area, featuring 9 different giant slides. Next to the bath is the Boating Lake, where guests can go boating, or fishing during off-season. In town, it's worth trying the sightseeing nostalgia train, which tours Hajdúszoboszló and is a great experience for children as well. Another popular option is the Bringó-Hintó, a fun four-person pedal bike, perfect for exploring the town with the whole family. For those seeking sportier adventures, we recommend the go-kart track located near the airport—no driver's license needed to enjoy the thrill of speed. Nature lovers shouldn't miss the nearby Hortobágy National Park—just 30 km away lies the famous Hortobágy plain, where visitors can discover native Hungarian animals at the Hortobágy Wildlife Park and the Puszta Animal Park. The city of Debrecen is also only about 20 km away (roughly a 30-minute drive), offering even more cultural and entertainment options, such as the Nagyerdő forest park, zoo, amusement park, Aquaticum indoor waterpark, and various museums. There are also plenty of programs right here in Hajdúszoboszló: during the summer months, open-air concerts and markets often take place along the pedestrian street, and kids can enjoy the Rio Playhouse—an indoor activity center with games and workshops. At our reception, we always provide up-to-date information about local events and festivals, and we're happy to recommend activities based on your interests, so your relaxation is enriched with meaningful experiences.

Our hotel is prepared to welcome international guests. Our reception and restaurant staff speak multiple languages—primarily English and German. This means we can easily assist with check-in, provide information, and help with any questions in foreign languages. The most important information (e.g. room guide, menu) is also available in English, and upon request we can provide brochures in additional languages or help with interpretation. Foreign guests may also find it useful that the hotel's website is available in English as well (you can change the language at the top of the page), so they can get informed even before arrival. When it comes to payment, using a bank card makes the process smooth—so it's no problem if guests don't have Hungarian forints, as the card company will handle the currency conversion. The sockets in our hotel follow European standards, so charging European devices is no issue; and upon request, we can also provide adapters for other types of plugs. We believe it's important for our international guests to feel at home: our reception staff are happy to provide tourist information about the local area in English or German, assist with train or bus schedules, order a taxi, or help book programs. All in all, we do everything we can to ensure that our foreign guests enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay with us—free of any language barriers.
