The hotel is required to request a photo document from all guests, regardless of age, and will use the document reader and accommodation management software as part of the check-in process. Guests can prove their identities with an ID card, passport or license.

All family members, including children under the age of 14 (up to 2 months old), need an official document to check in. According to the law, in the absence of an identity document, the accommodation provider cannot accept the guest and there are no exceptions. In this case, the property must refresh the service.
